Pay Information

We believe in transparency and fairness. Every Pack Member is paid for all time worked — from hands-on visits with pets to time spent driving between homes and training. Pet care visit time is paid at $17/hour (or $19.29/hour within the City & County of Denver), and all other compensated time is paid at the current Colorado minimum wage (or $19.29/hour within the City & County of Denver).
